TJ MOULD can make mineral water bottle mold, including 5L mineral water bottle mold. 5L mineral water bottle mold’s requirements will be provided by customer, we will make the mold as customers’ demands to fit on their machine.
The enclosed pictures show 5L mineral water bottle produced by 5L mineral water bottle mold which is 1 cavity with mask. The mold material for cavities is Aluminum 7075, HB150, for cutting edge is with stainless steel, for neck finish ring is SKD11, HRC58-60.
It produces 5L mineral water bottles which are used for food packaging to store water. Customers can order customized 5L mineral water bottle mold according to their requirements, such as mold material, cavities numbers, with or without auto-deflashing system and so on.
